- Education and other requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Completion certificate from this 60 Hour pre-license Broker course
- Copy of AMP state exam completion
- Competed State exam application.
- Experience Requirement
- Two years as a licensed Salesperson
- Completion of the following criteria within 3 years of the date of application:
- Minimum of 30 residential real estate transactions, or
- Minimum of 10 commercial, agricultural or farm and ranch real estate transactions.

After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 6:00 A. M. to 4:00 P. - This course is composed of material in Broker Management and real estate Montana laws and rules.
- Students must obtain a grade of 80% on each of the end-of lesson quizzes for each of the modules and must match all of the vocabulary items.
- The last step is a summary quiz of 50 questions which the student needs to score 70%.
- Each quiz has a bank of questions, so if the student does not score 80%, a second or, if necessary, a third bank of questions is provided. Once the student scores the required 80%, the student can review their answers and reasons for the correct answer.
- After reviewing Epilogue for the course there is an AFFIDAVIT which must be printed and faxed to the school and there is an Evaluation of the course, which the link to the Evaluation is at the bottom of the Student Page. Both items MUST BE completed in full before the completion certificate can can be sent to the student.
- A wall diploma will be issued upon request. Please allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate and the wall certificate if requested.

- Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
- This On-Line course does not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed, but to help in your study, Cooke provides two textbooks with the basic Bronze package. Other wonderful additional study materials at the Cooke Bookstore.
- Once the student signs up for the course it is good for one year.

- At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail, verifying the student's registration and a second e-mail with a user name and password.

- Once the student gets to their Student Page the student must view the Orientation video and successfully complete the Orientation quiz. which will then light up Session 1.
- Each session must be completed successfully and the time spent viewing the video for the next session will light up.
- The course requires a course-time of 3,000 minutes to be spent on the course.
- All time spent viewing the videos, doing the quizzes and the matching exercises, view the text links is counted. If you are viewing your textbook, do not close out your student page and your time will count.

The Montana broker state exam with the AMP exam provider is composed of "simulation" exam questions. This course does not have any of these type of questions but students can get a feel for this method of assessment below. Below are the links to the three example simulation questions that are on the on the AMP web site. You will need to login to take each of the three simulated exam sample questions, but this a must before taking the state exam, so you will be familiar with this type of assessment.
