Real Estate Continuing Education - Saving Package $60

Continuing Education Requirements for Real Estate Licenses in Montana:

Each real estate licensee is required to complete a minimum of twelve (12) hours of continuing education every calendar year with the renewal deadline being October 31 of each year. Of the twelve (12) hours of required continuing education, a minimum of four (4) hours must be obtained from mandatory topics. Eight (8) hours may come from elective topics.

Of the ten (10) courses Cooke Real Estate School® offers, seven (7) courses are mandatory courses and three (3) courses are elective.

Throughout the course, there are lessons quizzes that must be passed with 80%. The State of Montana does NOT required an end-of-course exam for continuing education.

School Approval:

Cooke Real Estate School is an approved provider of continuing education in Montana. See the copy of the school's approval letter.

Procedure when completing the course:

When completing course the school will mail a Certificate of Completion to you and will then notify the State of Montana Real Estate Commission within 20 business days. You will then be able to make your renewal payment when due.
