CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR REAL ESTATE LICENSEES IN MONTANA::
Each real estate licensee is required to complete a minimum of twelve (12) hours of continuing education every calendar year. Of the 12 hours of required continuing education, a minimum of four (4) hours must be obtained from mandatory topics. Eight (8) hours may come from elective topics. Of the ten (10) courses Cooke Real Estate School® offers, seven (7) courses are mandatory courses and three (3) courses are elective.
